Core Fit is an official teacher training
site for Body
Arts and Sciences International (BASI™ ). The BASI™ coursework was
founded and developed by world-renowned Pilates Master, Rael
Isacowitz. This intensive course is approved by the Pilates Method
Alliance (PMA) and prepares the student to sit for the nationally
recognized PMA exam. All Pilates apparatus is covered in the course.
